By participating in our raffles, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read carefully before participating.

1. Warning and Disclaimer Statement

  • Not Regulated: YourChance raffles are not endorsed or regulated by any governmental or financial entity. We operate as a private entertainment platform.
  • Acceptance of Risks: You acknowledge that YRCH (YourChance Token) is not legal tender and its value may fluctuate. Participation in the raffles is at your own risk.
  • Nature of YRCH: YRCH is a cryptocurrency created by a private company. Although its value is designed to be pegged to the U.S. dollar, it is not issued or regulated by the United States government or its central bank.
  • Disclaimer: YourChance is not responsible for financial losses, fluctuations in the value of YRCH, or any consequences arising from participation in our raffles.

2. Participant Eligibility Terms

  • Minimum Age: You must be over 21 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
  • Jurisdiction: Raffles are void where prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that participation in online raffles is legal in their jurisdiction.
  • Personal Use: Participation is for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. Bulk purchases with commercial intent are not permitted.
  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide true and up-to-date information. Falsifying data may result in permanent disqualification.

Note: By participating, you agree and authorize us to publish your wallet address and first name as proof that the prize transfer from the raffle has been completed.

3. Raffle Process

  • Payment Method: Raffle numbers can only be purchased using YRCH (YourChance Token). The specific network (e.g., Solana Network) will be announced on the transparency and FAQ page before each raffle.
  • Number Price: The base price of each number is 1 YRCH. This price does not include network transaction fees (gas fees). The amount may vary depending on the specific raffle.
  • Drawing Procedure: Once the raffle is released, we will announce which Bitcoin block will be used for the draw (for example, Block #810,000). This announcement is typically made after 80% of the numbers have been sold. It is important to understand that Bitcoin blocks do not have a specific time sequence. Once that block is mined, we use the number of transactions in that block to determine the winning number. The winning number is calculated as: (Number of transactions in the block). This method is completely transparent and can be verified by anyone.
  • Date and Time: Specific date and time details will be announced on our official channels. Bitcoin blocks are mined at variable intervals, so we cannot guarantee exact times.

4. Payouts and Prize Claims

  • Nature of the Prize: All prizes will be paid in YRCH. The specific transaction network will be the same as indicated on the page and informational media for each raffle.
  • Winner Verification: The wallet address used to purchase the numbers is the same address where the prizes will be sent. Payments will not be made to different addresses for security and transparency reasons.
  • Claim Period: The winner will receive their prize within 12 hours after the raffle result is confirmed.
  • Winner's Responsibility: The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with receiving the prize, according to the laws of their jurisdiction.
  • Special Prizes: Premium numbers that match the established criteria will receive a special payment of $50 YRCH, in addition to remaining eligible for the main prize.

Note: Prizes are paid exclusively to the wallets from which the number purchase originated and in YRCH.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer for Technical Failures: We are not responsible for failures in the YRCH network, transaction delays, wallet errors, or any technical issues beyond our control that prevent participation or prize reception.
  • Participant Information: The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy of their wallet information. Funds sent to an incorrect address will not be refunded, as they are sent exclusively to the wallet from which the funds for the raffle number purchase originated.
  • Use of Service: Participation in the raffles is at the participant's discretion. We are released from any liability for financial losses, damages, or disputes that may arise.
  • Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or failures in the blockchain infrastructure.

6. General Provisions

  • Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute will be resolved under the laws of Panama. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama for the resolution of any dispute.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Assignment: Participants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
  • Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

By participating in any YourChance raffle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Your participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
